Shagufa Tabassum has been working with Data Analysis and Technical Assistance (DATA) as a permanent staff since 2012, currently working as a Project Coordinator, in the internal Project Coordination. Shagufa has joined DATA on Jan 01, 2012 as a Research officer.

Shagufa has been working in survey based social research organization for around 13 years, in both field level & management level. Before joining DATA office, she has worked in the DATA at field level as a Field Research officer from 2007 to 2012, she also worked in IPA at different survey projects. 

As a , Project Coordinator, Shagufa has sound knowledge and experience of working in the process of internal Project Coordination, facilitating, observing & monitoring enumerator training process , survey management & coordination, documentation and reporting to the management on work progress of survey. Beside of that, he contributes in the process of facilitating training to the enumerators. Having experience of working in different steps of both hardcopy and device based survey.

Shagufa has been involved with in conduct and co-ordinates enumerators’ training for different surveys that DATA undertakes in last couple of years.

Shagufa has experience of working in different steps of both hardcopy and device based survey. Shagufa, completed Master’s in Home Economics, from Eden Mohila College, Dhaka, affiliated with Dhaka University.
