Rashid has been working with Data Analysis and Technical Assistance (DATA) since January 1, 2010, and is currently serving as a Survey and Human Resource Coordinator. In addition to his role at DATA, Rashid has also worked as a Short-Term Consultant with the World Bank’s Dhaka office during five separate tenures: from October 01, 2012 to June 30, 2013, November 15, 2013 to June 30, 2014,   September 01, 2014 to October 31, 2014, March 01, 2018 to June 30, 2018 and August 10, 2023 to June, 30, 2024. 

Rashid has been working as a Survey and Human Resource Coordinator for over 14 years, with extensive experience in survey and resource management, field planning and coordination, personnel management, budgeting and disbursement, as well as monitoring and evaluation. In his role, he has developed expertise in recruiting, managing, and deploying field-level staff for approximately 50 surveys conducted by DATA.

As a Survey and Human Resource Coordinator, Rashid has extensive knowledge and experience in managing surveys from an administrative perspective. He is proficient in conflict management, facilitating logistics, and liaising with local authorities and clients. Rashid demonstrates strong analytical skills, strategic planning abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure. He also possesses a high degree of empathy and expertise in mentoring new recruits and conceptualizing ideas. Rashid is a dynamic team player and an effective manager, excelling in various stages of survey management.

Rashid, holds a Master Degree in Social Science (MSS) in Political Science from National University, Bangladesh in 2012.
