Md. Arif Hossain has been working with Data Analysis and Technical Assistance (DATA) since 2013 and is currently serving as a Field Coordinator. He joined DATA on July 1, 2013, in the role of Field Coordinator.

Arif has been working in the NGO sector and survey-based social research organizations for around 17 years, in both field and management roles. Before joining DATA, he worked at World Concern Bangladesh, BUK, and HEED Bangladesh in various positions.

As a Field Coordinator, Arif has strong knowledge and experience in survey management and coordination, field monitoring, supervision, documentation, and reporting on the progress of surveys, ensuring quality data collection at the field level. In addition, he contributes to the process of facilitating training for enumerators, data cleaning, and other related tasks.

Arif has been actively involved in conducting and coordinating enumerators’ training for various surveys undertaken by DATA in recent years. Prior to joining DATA, while working with different NGOs, he gained experience in organizing and delivering training, arranging group meetings, and report writing.

Arif has experience working in various stages of both hardcopy and device-based surveys. He possesses sound knowledge in survey management and monitoring. Arif holds a Master’s Degree in Social Science from National University.
